Bookkeeper

Annual assessments are to be paid on a quarterly basis. Payments are due on the 1st day of January, April, July, and October. The Board will determine the amount of quarterly assessments and the HRMHA Bookkeeper will provide the amount due to each homeowner prior to the quarterly payment due date. All homeowners are required to pay their quarterly assessments on the due date. If you would prefer to pay the annual assessment all at once, or pay the balance of the owed assessment, you may do so by simply making up the difference and sending a note to the Bookkeeper.
